Actually, I spit roasted the foot after 24 hour marinade in Worcesetr Worcestr wocester Worcewster, feck it, Soy sauce and Lime juice and seasoning..... twas awful. Chewy, stringy and made you wanna throw up.
A bit like my ex-wifes cooking. lol
