Root aphids HELP

I had 2 bags of roots 707 sitting in my shed for a few weeks i brought one inside to refill my tote and now there covering everything very fast there super tiny hard to spot, i plan on fresh soil and transplant asap but what should i get to kill these things while im in clean up phase?

Alcohol spray with water
H2o2 (hydrogen peroxyde) 20%, mix with water and spray them they will burn/melt
Do you have any plant on-going, I did not understand well what you are up to. Your soil only is contaminated?

I top dressed 2 seedlings with the 707 then within a day or two they where climbing all over them plus they have moved to a few clones i had next to them as well. i scoped my tote with a 30x to find more so i beleave that to be the source.

imidacloprid - use this, F root aphids they suck. - can only be used 45 days before harvest. It does not effect the plant so use it strong.
