Howdy!!

fan running without filter temps 24 degrees. Fan running with filter attached 28.5

not a disaster, but the filter is reducing the amount of air it’s moving by a large margin.

Id expect some loss, there’s a small bend in ducting, but even attaching filter to fan direct, it’s reducing the fans action a lot.

The carbon seems ok, there was no odours at the end of the last run.. and I washed the sleeve to get the dust out.

Is this typical? Do I go with a new filter? Or get a 6” RVK as the 4” is limited ?

What is the CFM of the filter and the fan?

It’s a 4” RAM carbon filter and 4” RVK

Gro shop sold it to me as a package a couple years back so no idea cfm

The tent is just a dr 60

you suspect the fan isn’t specd to the filter?
