First Link - now that' what I'm talking about, very nice Link JM, think I'm gonna have to take a week off and get me reading done at farmacy seeds :D

Second link - I'm not seeing a video JM, get sent to "carbon induction rapidly builds humus thread" with a single post, which make no sense to me as I don't have a frame of reference to make it make sense.
