Hey penguin will defy check the live room out and once again thank you for making me welcome everyone ,, I aint a dude thats on here too often got serious neuro spinal probs concentrating on growing my meds, will put some pics up of my progression for sure and look fwd to a bit of coaching ,,, cheers oh one more thing , are you the penguin i need to watch out for ???
