good shop, shipping to the states can take forever, but nice promos and huge selection. haven't had a problem except using a visa cc when they weren't taking them - all good now apparently.
 
I ordered 100 seeds from Seedsman on their Black Friday sale and with the freebies I'm supposed to be getting 130 seeds total. Paid with bitcoin and got the confirmation of payment on Dec 5th with an estimated delivery date of Dec 19th - 26th but nothing so far.
This is my first time ordering from Seedsman and I did pay extra for the insurance so if it gets lost it'll be replaced. They seem to have a good reputation so I'm not worried and don't need the seeds yet anyway.
 
I received a photo rather then an auto from seedsman they made up for it with a refund and some freebies so that was great of them and the photo plant is currently flowering after 15 weeks of veg haha
 
Is it just me ? Seedsman.com website is extremely slow.
 
I have not ordered from them but have ordered lots of seeds from across the pond. Tracking lets you know when it is stuck in customs. Most of my orders process through San Francisco. I have had them stuck in there for as long as 21 days. I was sure they would be confiscated then they showed up in my mail box unopened? If I had not used tracking I would have been blaming the seed vendor. I also had a delivery clear SF in 1 day?

I hate that somebody started "Freebies" now everybody expects something free. I am satisfied to get the quality genetics I order and pay for.

I would consider my experience "questionable"!

I bought a particular strain from one of the breeders they carry..(I wont name breeder as this is about Seedsman customer service).2 out of the 3 beans didnt pop...
In my opinion, this fails to meet the criteria of adequate germination rate...so I contacted Seedsman to voice my concern...THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE SEEDS WITH WHAT I HAD PURCHASED!
Instead they offered me some of their own beans instead...WTF...in my opinion..bait and switch!!!

I did not take their offer..I paid for a certain strain...It didnt meet quality so they offered me some in house Knock' offs...gave me the impression that they still pocket the money that would have otherwise gone to breeder and gave me their crap...

Beware...

and for the record...I'm an experienced grower...Threw all 3 beans into same ziplock bag with RO water and paper towel...made sure to squeeze crap out of paper towel to get rid of excess water to eliminate rot...kept in dark area..approx 72 F
