Just for the record. I emailed them on 10/18 and as of this morning no return reply. Again poor customer service. So I know I’m not complaining about product as some misinterpreted I’m complaining that they don’t respond in an adequate time frame.

@Brad_Mephisto as you know my payment arrived in Spain yesterday and why it took a month who knows. My beans were shipped yesterday and on its way to me.
I deeply apologize for all the negativity that I spewed I guess I was just frustrated.

Well...I would have Bet £100 this one would end badly...so Thanks to everyone for a positive resolution.
