New Grower spectrum king 400w question

hello friends - a very quick question. i have a new spectrum king 400w led and i'm about to start my first grow using it. can any of your find minds suggest what distance my light needs to be from the pot. i'm sowing directly into the soil so am a bit worried regarding the intensity of the light. am thinking of around the 30 inch mark.

any answers / advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't run spectrum king.... maybe my old friend @Duggy or @eyesonfire can help bit I always start seedlings out arpund 30 inches. If I see stretch early just bring the light in or plant up better to start too high than too close imo.... good luck buddy
