Hey guys, been a bit busy lately so not had much time to tend to the girls let alone get anything uploaded. They look happy enough, most I can say is #2 has some slight yellowing on the top cola, but it has exposed a bit of purple I haven't upped the bloom feed since the switch so she is most likely just letting me know it's time for a little boost. I'll just get on with the pics

Hey guys, sorry again for lack of updates. Life continues to throw obstacles my way, even to the extent where the girls had to go without water for 2/3 days I lost some foliage as a consequence but I'm turning them around again now. A second module followed suit on the Ms006 so it's now performing like a 004, 4 modules working, 2 off. Needless to say this grow isn't running smooth but I'm confident I'll see them through until the end. I'm hoping to get my 600w HPS up and running today without a cooltube since I can't afford one right now. instead I'm going to add a second extraction to hopefully vent that heat out a bit quicker - will let you guys know how it goes, I'm not expecting great results xD

Will have a few pictures for you later today after feeding, actually managed to burn #2 which is hard with organics - oops!

Few experiments later and I ended up going to the local grow store for a cooltube.. when i tried without the temps went from 24 to 34 in about 10 minutes, even with two extractions xD Cooltube installed and temp is still rising slightly but a lot slower now so hopefully it shouldn't peak too high, fingers crossed! Pics soon

1 degree a minuet, good job you didnt leave it a couple of hours before checking back. Losing a second set of lights within a week is bad luck, have you contacted GN??

Okay so here we are at day 46 almost at the end of week 7. Trouble along the way as you can read above but I've got a few pics of where the girls are at now. I need to have these chopped as soon as possible so chances are I won't let them amber up fully, just gonna wait for cloudy then go.

They both received 1L of water with 1ml Bloom, 0.5ml Bio Silicon, 0.5ml Bio Wetter, 1ml PK booster, 1ml Root Stim, 1/2 teapsoon Epsom Salts. Still a bit hot for #2 but #1 looks hungry for more

They smell absolutely amazing, the last time I grew MoonStone was in hydro so I'm really looking forward to tasting these two, it wasn't until I did a side by side soil organic vs hydro dwc grow that I realised how much organics improve the taste, even pre cure. Super sweet smell as with most Blueberry crosses just can't get enough.

I know couldn't believe how hot it got so fast! Thats the power of 600w sodium i guess! I'm going to contact them over the weekend, I had to be sure I could get away with using the HPS so I can send it to be repaired. Now the tent is running the 600w HPS in cooltube with no LED at all, they may get added as supplemental lighting if there are any cold days

Things to expect, heat (as you know), leaf burn, bud bleaching, and also water evaporation. Just keep an eye on them and im sure you'll be them home

You have the HPS in a cool tube so you have nothing to worry about. Yes there might be a little more evaporation but definitely no leaf bleaching even if they end up climbing all round it. My 600w hps end up being just 6-8 inchs from the top colas by the end and I have no problems. (just keep a fan blowing air across the tops )
