Right...now I've explained Frogs... F1-F4... we'll lock that box...and concentrate on the colours rising....

From one photo to the next you can see a huge difference and who turned the darkest was the ones that showed first

Yup.. ...now go back up to the Early girls...what do you see in the Top buds on them all...?...

Lots of Pink...there are Greys in there...nothing predominately white.

buggers are more NL dominant (pink) than the original NL cross...I cannot flipping shake it... ..*** I'll come back to it..

I'd added a plain white Kush in..so she was showing white..but simply because she is Kush..she should be carrying colour...in her Ancestry.

So the Pinks flushing strong could be just the NL pink and the Kush finding a Link.

Pink bud is a bit of a meph colour for me... because I'd just done the Giggle Juice line to F8..I had rattled those genetics out in 3 or 4 variations over a few years and didn't find anything I was looking for.

I've had my fill of Pink...move on...Hit it back to the Kush...and Increased the ruddy pink dominance.......

Worse was to come.....as everyone is watching the Leaves colour up...I'm watching the leaf Under colour...I walked onto the patio.. good light..good breeze..and I looked and went Shit...all the flipping stems and under leaf colour were flashing pink at me as well...they had all gone full Barbie Pink overnight...

I was gutted... ...

3 or 4 days later...All the pink leaf and stem colours had turned Red.... watching Black leaf increase...as the red crept up the underside of them gave the can-can effect..every time the wind blew..

Then the creeping Purple bud colour swallowed up all the Pink coloured bud that was there...and.. you would be hard pressed to think..that they had ever been Pink.....the Magic of colours....

This is my breeder brain Fun......I really must get out more...but honestly..I equate it to some sickies getting addicted to fruit machines...a cross does that to my brain click..rolling reels and flashing lights..round and round it goes..where it stops nobody knows...... unless you have the keys for it.....

I swear..I think @tobe is the same.....I see him watching ..and I'm thinking...your brain is caught in the clicks too....it really is addictive.

Right..top photo really give a Good representation of the JEM Black Dragon.. middle..and the DC Black Dragon ..right...ignore everything but the glaringly obvious.....

See how Simple it can be....?...at the very basic she has turned from a Purple Black (leaf) to a Red Black .....so Black JEM dominant Mark 2 has picked up Another Colour..Clever Girl......and absolutely visible to even an untrained eye.

More DC dominant leaf..more structure than finger count..(the horse shoe middle and hang).

Nice cross of two parents..showing traits of both parents. It can be as Simple as that......

The first identifying trait I clocked was her lower fan change to a burnished copper colour..that is an Original JEM only colour way.

Quite JEM dominant...

Then the fans just above it started under colour purple... bloody hell..we have 2 black leaf dominant traits in there..the JEM black leaf trait..And the Black Dragon purple/black...

Nice one... ...she Blacks up first...(easy to pick up in time to make a cross..)..
And she has 2 Different Black leaf dominant traits in her... Breeding Tool.....I can make her swing Both ways....






Or either way...by only breeding the traits that belong to either.

Now wait.......then the Bitch turned into a Red Head..... wow...the Importance of having a grow where Bud harvest is not the over riding issue... letting them go over and see full trait development is....some colour traits come in late...

Wow..(for the minute I am treating the Red take over as New...but... I'll come back to it later......)

So now I'm saying she has at least 3 different Colour Parents showing...in one little body.

Now..if I Isolated/hybrid out That option...as a breeding Tool......

I've got a 3 x Different Black Leaf dominant.. small and fast..Genetic Bomb for bringing down harvest time/height for long harvest/over tall girls and enough Black Leaf traits to turn the pope black......

Look at the hammer the Nasturtiums are getting..... because it is soooo cold with a strong wind warning on us.....but they have to take their chances coz the lid won't go back on without mass damage...

The ones next to the Nasturtiums..have been without night time lids for a while now...but as I checked the compo yesterday I thought I saw the first signs of dampening off.....the pot will be waterlogged with all the rain..so when it started raining last night I shot out and stuck the lid on..to stop them getting any more water logged.....lucky call......

No..me mothers favourite...and because my season was 4-6 weeks ahead of her.. she used to pretend grump at me about them.....so I'll increase my Nasturtium stock so I Smile remembering......


She might even get a cross named after her.............but it would have to be a Dragon.........
