Trying my first too soil mix

[Q

UOTE=DABaracuss;779865]Good luck:Grow & Show..::Bloody Marvelous..:[/QUOTE]

Thanks

lost power yesterday. So I'll soak the seed today now that the gem mat is working again.

Okay Everyone

my seed soaked for all day then right into the Jiffy Mix that was watered until soaked yesterday an left for 24 hours before planting the seed. I've noticed that the Jiffy mix drys out pretty quickly on the surface on the germ mat so I watered with about 5 ml of water with a dropper today. Should I take it off the germ mat or leave it where it is until they pop?

id invest in a small 5-10 ounce mini hand sprayer for your small plants n seedling mix.a spray or two twice a day generally is all thats required and if the temps are bout 70F or bettter I say dont worry bout the mat but if ya got one I say use it. ive not needed one yet but i want one lol:Sharing One:

Okay thanks

I have a small sprayer around here somewhere, looks like it's time for me to find it...

Looks like its officially Day #1 as she sprouted her tiny little head above soil today. I have set the cfl at approx 3 inched above her and now its up to her/us to keep her happy... IMG_0580.jpgIMG_0581.jpg

Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday my medication, happy birthday to you.....

It's a sad day at Dirts Place, my little one didn't make it thru my lack of watering last night, her head was hanging low this morning so I gave her a good dose of water, I sadly announce her passing this afternoon. Please let's observe a moment of silence.... Okay enough with the past and I have already set a photo seed that I refer to as UK (unknown) bag seed. Got these from my nephew in Cali, I'll let everyone know when she breaks surface... Anyone know where I can get some good color in some Autos? Would really like to get some with some color so I can see what the box really can do!

Ah man, sorry to hear that. Onward and upward though.

There are a lot of different breeders for color. Sweet Seeds has a "red family" that all color up real nice, posted a link below. The plus is, they actually support our forum with giveaways and such. Pyramid has a Purple Auto that is sativa dom that is a real good smoke. I have grown it many times. Many of the Dragon line has color in them as well but it will be a few months before those become available again. That is our(the forum's) founder's seed line. I would highly recommend those when they become available.

As for the places to get seeds, there are a lot of seed banks in the UK that will ship to the States. Alibongo is one of my favorites, as is Herbies Head Shop, Attitude Seed Bank as well. Those are probably the three biggest. Attitude began having problems with credit card processing a few weeks ago so you may want to stick with the others for the time being. All ship discreetly and while some people have mentioned problems getting seeds, I have made many many orders and never had one problem with any of the three mentioned above.

I think it's time to smoke a bowl and unwind for the day

Peace everyone
"Munch..munch..munch Aloha Dirt~

Best advice I've had all day, so ty I think I will.

Following along on your soil journey is fascinating! Much to learn.
I've had to use google (a 100 times+) just to figure some of this stuff out.
I like that part too. I have subbed this thread for future & present reference.

Aloha~

Great thanks A4, I will place an order shortly. How will we know when Dragons are available as I would really like to grow some of them?
