So I came across a website claiming they sell "souvenir" seeds for MMJ patients (they are based in Michigan). Has anyone used them before? Seems like they have a wide selection on seeds.

Best I can recall that's the first US based seed bank I've seen. Seems like they are taking a big risk considering it's still illegal at the Federal level.

That's very interesting. I looked at the form they require you to fill out. They ask for a lot of personal/private information. I'd have to find out a lot more about them. If it is legit, it would be good for people in Michigan, as long as they have state medical marijuana card to get past the worries of shipping and so forth. If anyone knows anything about this seed bank, chime in please.

Yes very interesting, I'm in Europe so doesn't affect me but I would still like to see seeds being sold in the US as I have seen too many reports of seeds being intercepted.
I guess this might happen with state legislation as it has with medical cards etc, whilst intrernational mail is still an easy target for federal law to pick up on sent seeds sent internationally and being under the auspices of the US customs.
