Hi !!

Okay COB guys...

What is the best value for money right now.

I don't wanna Cree because their price...

Please tell me, what to buy right now :smoking:

:pass:

Depending on the amount of output per chip I would say either Citizen 1212's or if you need more power the Vero chips are pretty awesome for the price. I am looking at upgrading to that next year after I finish experimenting with some cheap off shore chips this winter.

Cree is nice but you pay a premium. I personally would rather have more chips at lower power with a better spread across the canopy. Let us know what you decide.

Yes, the 1212 is very impressive especially for the price. It's voltage requirements are very similar to Cree as well. Best bang for your buck hands down.

My decision is 1212 ;)

I have a dialogue with Vivi from KingBrite, it's the same price like the EBay, but they have the passive heatsink too i need, because I couldn't find anything in EU, and not have the holders for 1212.

Shipping price is very big

And @BigSm0 i couldn't find the Angelina reflectors also here in EU
What angles is optimal

Great news about the parts. I don't necessarily use any sort of optics. They help in large spaces but for smaller grows I don't think it's necessary. There was also a recent test done with Angelina's which showed an 8% loss. My testing shows it being higher in a smaller section but cuts down on spread

So you would mean no reflectors installing

And if someone knows we're to buy predrilled passive heatsink in EU then please let's me know ;)

If your in a smaller tent or a room with reflective walls then no. If the light will be more for specific plants in a large space then yes.
