hello all - i wonder if i could pick your brains. relatively new grower trying to start off some Think Different under a 26w Secret Jardin vegging light. All has been going well but now some of the leaves are yellowing and taking on a troubling appearance - being a newb am not sure whether they are suffering from some kind of deficiency, nute burn, or just being too near the light - which I didn't think could happen because it's LED and they don't get too hot. Currently the lights are sitting about 4/5 inches above the plants running 18/6. here are a couple of pics. any help would be more than gratefully received. Many thanks, KP.

What type of soil? What type of nutes and feeding scheduale?
hey namvet - thank you for stopping off, sir! soil is Mills Light Mix http://mills-nutrients.com/portfolio-items/mills-lightmix-soil/ I introduced some Formulex nute solution http://www.growthtechnology.com/product/formulex/ as advised at 5ml per litre. I have tried to have a light touch with my watering regime and am giving them it every other day in small amounts. Do you think I might have introduced the Formulex a bit too early and that they're suffering from too much nutes?

thank you, sir!

...I'm with Nammy on easing up on the nutes, but I'd like to know the N-P-K #'s, and the dosage used,... The light mix soil I couldn't get info on, but likely it's similar to others of this type, and you can start nutes sooner depending on how they perform in the next couple weeks,... I advise you find a way to check out the soil pH too, particularly if the problem persists... do you have a pH meter or quality soil pH probe?

Hey Waira! Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, the consensus seems to be that it's too much nutes too soon. The NPK of Formulex is 2.4 – 0.9 – 3.4 I need to pick up a soil meter but I have just started Ph-ing my water. It is 8 from the tap/faucet and i've been taking it down to around 6.

thanks in advance for your help, KP.
