:no: I'm just putting together my new set up and discovered very high temps. My Unit size L6""-W4.5""-H6"" and I was hoping to run a 600W MH/HPS system. I also have 3 pc fans blowing air in from beneath and a 15" box fan drawing air out from the top. Having just check the temps I see them at 90-95 with the fan on. I may of made an error with a HPS system. I could cut a row of 2" extra holes out, to release some of the heat, but I think the fan must be adequate. Another option is to switch to 3-250CFL's. What are your day temps?

You need another fresh air intake and another exhaust fan,or buy a cool tube for the light and and draw fresh air through it and have another blower and flex ducting taking the hot air from the light out a hole in your grow area. I try and keep my temps around 80 f and no more than 85.
Thanks, I have done some study and found that this cooll tube is the ticket. Ducting cool air through a hall wall into the grow room-cabinet and out into the attic by means of fan and cool tube should have the desired effect.
