Once she throws pollen, if you let her keep growing, but quit spraying, will she start going back to female? Or will she stay completely male until death?
Good question Treeman..after I pollenated my Mother plant for 3 days and then collected, dried and stored pollen I disposed of the reversed plant. You don't want to ingest any part of the reversed plant even if it did start budding up ...:smoke:Once she throws pollen, if you let her keep growing, but quit spraying, will she start going back to female? 20ppm cs that is properly made, should be fine.I guess Im going to try it. Having no luck reversing a single branch on 2 plants so far. What ppm CS did you use? Im currently using 20ppm that I made myself.
That may be the problem Im having with this TD, the bud Im trying to reverse is phat! Ive started just dunking the whole end of the branch in a 1quart jar filled with CS but it barely fits. I should have done one of the small branches instead of one of the main ones maybe, and starting with 10ppm CS was a bad idea also. Im using a low voltage power supply to make my cs, its 5v at 700mA. Takes a couple days for it to get to 20ppm but its a nice yellow color and looks good in low light using a flashlight through it, like you would do with a laser pointer. I also strain the CS using a coffee filter to get out any floating junk, or sediment at the bottom. Ive noticed that CS is hell on spray bottles, Ive gone through 3 already, the spring parts start sticking and it makes them about worthless.
