We will always look to provide replacement parts in the first instance, but if you can't or don't want to replace the parts yourself, you can send it to us and we will happily perform the repair for you.
RETURNS
We offer a hassle free 30 day returns period on all of our products. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, all you need to do is contact us to arrange a return. All returns will need to be sent back to us in their original condition and in its original packaging. Further instruction will be sent upon a return request.

Q:Some leds do not work? What should we do?
A:If you find out some leds not working at your first using, you should doubt that these leds are Infrared Radiation(IR 730nm) leds.Our suggestion is to wear sunglasses to look at the light to check clearly. It is hard to see infrared led clearly by eyes.
Q:If one LED broken, will it affect working of other LEDs?
A:No! It won't affect other LEDs, the others are still working. Our design is that every led has a protective diode, It is very convenient.
Q:Can the light be used under growth and flowering stage?
A:Yes! We have spent years perfecting our lights. You no longer need two lights to veg and flower your plants. Not only does this make your grow light setup more flexible but our research and other research shows that the light is useful for all plants and growth and flowering stage.Using our lights with full Spectrum during a vegetative cycle will result in healthier plants than those grown under a Metal Halide.
