Oh, I'm experimenting with getting them straight from the germination site to a stronger light so they get used to it. I've had older plants get stunted by these lights, but had teenage plants that loved it, like THC Bomb. Maybe if I switch to veg settings on thr Vipar?

I keep moving them closer until I see signs of heat/light stress, usually white spots on the leaves, then I back out a bit, remove the bleached leaf and watch for new ones. When no new ones show within 2 days, you have your idea height.

I usually start anywhere between one and two feet away. They're great lights!
