Now we are talkin, just as @Wile e Peyote said take the flexible tube and attach it to the pump where the little nipple thing comes out and hook it to the metal bar to the same lookin little nipple. Then air stones at the end of 4 mil tubing into each rez, you might want to look into getting a couple 8 inch flat disc diffusers like this

we are going to get those tubs FULL of roots!!!!!!!!!!!
