I notice a big difference between when I've allowed the roots to grow out of pots and into the drain channels on the wilma and when I've kept them contained.

I hope that's not what it is! lol It would make me that much crazier.I knew somebody who had labyrinthitis (or some shit like that), even crawling he would fall over. Not nice.

Very cool, I'm going to check it out. [emoji106]Well, I have pots with clay pebbles in the wilma, I think they are 15 or 18ltr. They sit on a 30 or 40 ltr reservoir. The roots fill the pots as normal, grow out of the bottom, fill the inch square drainage channels and get down in to the res tank.
The aquafarms have 20ltr pots above a 20ltr res. Again, the roots grow out the drain holes and into the res.
