Also, the people that run their customer service sound like complete robots. They have " I'm sorry" down pat and I think they must get paid for each time they recite the same bs time after time. Their like a bunch of broken records lol. It was truly pathetic...want a good laugh? Call their customer service with a concern.

The postal service has laid off 100s of employees nation wide recently and has affected service im not sayin this is the problem but very well could be i used to get my mail no lata then 10am now i get my mail no earlier then 6pm

I believe you get a new tracking number once it gets to USPS. Atleast in my case. I have ordered a dozen times or so. My tracking number has always changed once it got to my country.

Just sucks, people in Miami FL got their packages days ago andFL is ALOT further away from NY than Ohio. Anywhoo, guess I'll wait until Friday ( the 21 day mark) then contact attitude.

Forgot to mention. I ordered Oct 5th. The arrived in the USA tand cleared ISC on the 9th...departed to me the 15th.
