I currently live in a older subdivision. 2 more years until retirement.
My dream is to have a 50-100 acre (20-40 hectares) place in the country with a frame house and two outbuildings.
It would be in a temperate climate ( western Georgia/South Carolina/North Carolina/Virginia).
Just enough winter to have some snow and enough summer to make one appreciate winter.
