hi folks new grower here so be gentle with me... got 10 big bang autos under a 600hps, the grow space is just under a mitre square at the minute but will be extending as the grow to 1,2 mitre square which is already lined with light tight. plants are 8 days young in 11litre pots i decided to skip the transplanting kaper as ther only autos and i dont think they deserve that little bit of stress it may cause. soil is atami all mix which has nutes already in but heres the thing how long will these nutes last before my little ladies get hungry!!! and which nutes would suit my strain as im told autos are super sensitive to nutes :peace:

Hey Welcome to AFN and the grows sounds great.. Very brave 10 plants for first grow lol The nutes in the sound should see them good for 10-16 days (If im wrong someone step in) Autos are pretty tougth so nutes is personal preferance i use the brand that make my soil Bio Bizz :smokebuds:

si1984 thanks, and just as you say your soils bio i just checked my old soil bags and they are also made by bio, atami was the soil i was originally goin to get so my bad...

Hey there and welcome! :D

Can you give us an ingredients list for your mix? I tried looking it up, but to no avail.

Good idea with final resting place from the get go. Are you using fem beans?

Some autos are more sensitive than others and all just take experience dealing with to know the best move, even then it's still trial and error for a while. Generally, you wanna start out at 1/4 strength around 2-3 weeks, but this is only in a plain seedling mix. Still don't know what's in your mix, but it sounds like it would feed them for about a month, and if it isn't too too much, then you shouldn't stunt them. Just don't overwater and KEEP YOUR PH ON POINT.

Do you have a quality Ph meter? I recommend getting one before even starting beans. Not trying to scare you though. Just informing, we got your back.

The more popular nutes are Fox Farms, Advanced Nutrients Ph perfect, Bio Bizz, and General Organics. There are plenty others though and yes like Si stated, sort of a preference there. Although the Advanced Nutrient stuff has proven to have amazing results, but more pricey.

Hope this helps.

So is it bio bizz all mix your using?? Bio bizz is organic so up to you if you want to use organic nutes or chemc but chem nutes will mess with your PH in Bizz:thumbs:

Found the Biobizz ingredients. Says it has a fair amount of compost and worm castings. Over 35%. I don't have any experience with that mix as far as starting seedlings in it. Si should know what's up.
