No droppings and mice haven’t been an issue but it’s right at the soil line. I sprayed some BT in case it’s a 
that made its way in some how.
I put some mycorrhiza around the base to promote additional roots.
I’m pretty sure it’s rot because all three have similar conditions and the tent has been really warm 87f and 50-65% H
