Hey what's up AFN? I'm back and getting ready to start my 2nd grow. The tent is all cleaned up and did a little reorganizing on the exhaust fan and carbon filter setup. Now I can get my lights up really high if need be. I learned a lot from my first grow ever of anything, so I'm very excited to get this round started. Here is my setup for this round.
- Mars Hydro 39x39x70 tent
- 4 Chill LED V2 pucks (red) & Meanwell hlg-320h-48b in my basement built frame
- 4 5Gal fabric pots filled with Nectar #4 soil
- Running Nectar comprehensive regimen (Medusa, Gaia, Athenas, Demeters, Herc, Zeus, & Aphrodites, Bloom Khaos)
- Microbes/innoculants: Cultured Biologix, Microbelife sample kit, SLF100, Mykos/Azos sample kit, and EXPANDED EM-1
- Genetics by PuffPuffPass Cultivators running 2 Klingon Cobblers & 2 Moon Pebbles OG
Here's a few pics to get started. Beans did a 12hr soak in 1oz water with 1tsp Zeus, dash of SLF-100 & a little Dr. Root. Then dumped the solution into a paper towel, added the beans, folded over and put in a ziploc baggie sealed up on top of my external hard drive. They are really swelled up! Been 10hrs in the paper towel, by morning, I figure they'll all be popped and ready to go in the soil. Once they go in the soil, I will update.
I removed the 4 solo cups I placed in the fabric pots and added my seedling mix which was Nectar #4 & Dr. Earth seedling mix with some added organic perlite to start my babies in. I was a little worried going in straight #4 soil, so hopefully this works out well. I used straight Dr. Earth on my first run for my seedlings and had good success with it. It seemed a little HEAVY when wet, which is why I added more perlite to try and loosen it up some.
I plan on doing water and microbes only for the first 10-14 days. I will sprinkle a little Mykos & Dr. Root in the hole before I place the sprouts in the hole, then water in with Zeus & Dr. Root & Azos.
