oh boy, new lightz!

hung up, powered on...

...and growin some weed blueberry (l) & afghan mass (r) in their new house of light

yup, mebbe now i can grow some actual, real weed ordered theze a week ago off amazon for $110 ea with free shipping...they arrived yesterday, in jus 7d ...from china ...during a pandemic ...so hey, i was already ecstatic before i even opened the boxez, lol the same maker also had a single 2-pc board (it could be one board, or 2 boardz seperated), which i really liked, but i decided to g'head & go with two single boardz, so that each board can be seperately dimmable...a def plus when u have 2 or 3 plantz at diff agez i ended up payin a wee bit more that way, but i truly believe it'll make all the diff down the line, uh-huh besidez, it'z uncle sam'z money anyway, so what the hell anyhoo, they've got all the recognized specz, bellz & whistlez & i for one couldn't be happier :smiley1: each board has 288 samsung lm301b diodez (3000k+5000k+660nm red+ir+uv), detached, dimmable meanwell driverz, switchable added red for flower, 2.7 umol/j (i have no idea what that even meanz ), 15mm heatsinkz & run 120w true at full power...what'z not to like-? but wait, there'z more! the best part of all is that they run as cool as a cucumber...most def a plus in my small, vertically challenged space the driverz do get a bit warm of course, but that'z to be expected & is no biggie at all...the boardz on the other hand, with the 15mm sinkz, barely get lukewarm...and that'z with no fan at all blowin across em...but i do have a 6" fan blowin across em, so they stay even less than lukewarm, lol...oh yeah! i'm still playin around with power levelz & distance from plantz & such, but at prezent, one board is at 60%, the other at 65% & me clozet is stayin 78-80f, no prob

so, all is good, i'm gettin me coat now & the growlighttrain rollz on, choo-choo! ppp

not sure what'z up with her, but she'z been actin...weird...ever since goin into the clozet under the new lightz her fanz have been doin the droopy/downcurl thing & all new growth is really light green with the infernal twistytie tipz she'z keepin her overall color tho & has been drinkin daily, so as uzual, i'll jus keep an eye on & wing it, lol

ok, keep in mind that lil miss blueberry here is only in a 6" pot, and thus, won't be gettin that big anyway, but wowzer, her spacing is super tight! that'z her 7th set comin out & she'z only 6" tall, lol i'm glad to see her growin tho, seein as how my first blueberry attempt outside las summer was a complete fail, lol

all in all, this is me first rodeo with dimmable lightz, so needless to say, i'm still gettin a feel for it all & tryin to find a sweet spot...both lightz are at 70% & the blueberry at least seemz to luv it, so... the growtrain rollz on, choo-choo! ppp

not sure why her budz ain't a bit more developed at this age, but... gonna give a slight topdressing with bone meal tonite...what the hell, it can't hurt, lol she'z 21" tall & lookz good overall tho...still water only with rainwater, and molassez water once a week ppp
