welp, slow but sure, the outdoor growtrain is reachin the end of itz trackz as all thingz with growin are, it'z been a learner, and outside growin def comez with itz own set o' challengez, lol, but overall, it'z been great, and oh, next year-? -> look out! :smoking: the best part of it all for me has been the "water only" part of it and...........i've now forgotten half o' what i was gonna say here, sooooo, movin on to the girlz...

the cheeze twinz are teazing me, relentlessly they're 87d old today & could probly come down, but the amber just ain't there yet, soooo...i wait Ruby, at 76d, is gonna be the embarrassment of the lot & will also be comin down any day...not a total loss, but not a lot gained either, lol...ah well Bubbles will turn out ok i think, as long as i can keep the bloody fuckin aphidz away, argh! Jasmine will def be the biggest producer of the lot & the best plant, after Pearl (both from female seedz, HINT!) and of course, the new star of the show, Pinky...oo-la-la! while her true strain will forever be a mystery, i've nevertheless decided to call it Pink 444 (on account of she has 4 branchez & is 44" tall....weak, i know, but what the hell ) Up The Ironz kidz & the growtrain rollz on, choo-choo! ppp

well, what can i say...not quite the yield i was hopin for but, i digress... as i'm alwayz sayin, it'z 32gr i didn't have the day before...every lil bit countz & it all addz up, so... truth to tell, i woulda got twice as much if i hadn't lost half of it to bud rot yup, the high humidity we've had the past month or so ended up takin itz toll Bubbles & especially Jasmine had to come down a wee early as a rezult, but hey, it was either chop em when i did & at least get sumthin, or wait & end up lozin everything, so...it is what it is i gotta say tho, after i weighed up & jarred it all, i loaded up a 4-way salad of the crumblinz that were left on the tray, and shit, i can barely make sense o' the damn screen at this point, so...

all in all, the outdoor growtrain was a fun ride (especially the water only grow part, hehe ), but ya, it def came with itz own set o' challengez, lol but hey, it'z all about -> grow, learn, grow again next year, i'll plant em all at the same time in the beginning, instead of a staggered thing, so they can all finish before september'z humidity hitz now of course, i've still got Pinky, me mystery photo out there, who won't be done for at least 2-3 more weekz, but i been closely inspecting her daily & so far, so good, fingerz crossed she'z the total wildcard o' the bunch now, so i def don't want anything bad happenin to her, lol altho, as randomness would have it, they're sayin we might get our first frost tomorrow nite , but i've already set a plan in motion to have her in shelter for the nite, so all should be good

Pinky Day 117

oh boy, she'z gettin close! lookz like i'll probly be doin a staggered chop with her, as upon a close inspection earlier today, the budz on her papa branch (she'z got a papa, a mama & 2 kid branchez, hehe ) are showin mebbe 20% amber, but no amber yet on the other branchez...and the amber that'z there is really light amber, nothin prominent, so i'll be doin a daily trich inspection from here on out we've had a couple cold nitez lately in the upper 30'z, but she'z weathered it jus fine so far...after tonite, it'll be gettin back to the 40'z at nite, so she shouid be ok for the final stretch ironically, the colder weather duz seem to have scared off the aphidz tho, and there'z still no signz of the dreaded br, so fingerz are crossed for a smooth finish

in other newz, i won't dwell on it with ya, but suffice it to say, Haley & Sara were both pulled today, and Ivy & Virgo will be gettin pulled next day or two, all stunted due to crappy, compacting soil needless to say, me enthuziazm has taken a bit of a hit, lol, so i'm gonna take a week or two break from thingz & jus concentrate on gettin Pinky finished but fear not, the growtrain will roll on, choo-choo! ppp

RIP Pinky, Day 126

boy, who knew when this whole outdoor adventure started...with autoz...that the best plant would end up bein...a photo yes kidz, the last car of the outdoor growtrain has finally been pulled into the station, and aboard is the last, and best, plant standing -> Pinky! it was a bit of a last minute decizion to g'head & chop her today, with various factorz at play, to include tempz gettin down to freezing tomorrow nite i been checkin every day, and upon inspection today, the trichz on all four branchez...yes, even smatteringz on the kid branchez...were showin as basically an even mix of clear, cloudy and amber...which is kinda weird, lol, but meh, what the hell unfortunately, the pink faded way once the hairz started turnin, but the nugz are fairly meaty & i'm hopin to get around 1.5 oz dry, fingerz crossed all in all, not bad for a freebie plant, hehe altho, 126d duz seem a bit short for a photo, but i'm thinkin a couple diff thingz might be the reazon why, idk...for one, she was orig topped at the 4th, so i'm thinkin mebbe she was able to focus all her energy into jus four branchez, instead of a zillion, and thus, was able to finish a bit quicker...and/or, for all i know, her actual strain may be a ff photo

in any event, even tho the overall yield did suffer a bit, i nevertheless do consider me first outdoor grow a success, woot! i do have a fair amount of real life stuff goin on atm, so Engine No.420 is gonna be takin a short break from thingz, but fear not, it'll be hittin the trackz again soon enuff & the growtrain will def roll on, choo-fuckin-choo! ppp
