Hey guys,
What a great resource this site is!
I am attempting my first grow, so I guess I will need to get some clarifications. I am using a 300W (180W actual power usage) LED light from ebay, this model:

I have 4 pots in a 22' x 22' area (an old closet), which is actually 40x22 but the right area has some drawers so no plants there. I am currently at day 4 of seedling and I have 4 beautiful tiny cannabis babies.
My questions:
- How far away should the lights be? I had read elsewhere that since they are LEDs as close as possible, but after reading some info here I moved them at about 65cm away. (I had them at about 15cm until the seeds sprouted). Should I leave them and let the plant grow towards them during veg phase? I can adjust the height at will.
- Is that LED enough to handle 4 pots or should I add 2 CFL lamps (6500 now and 2700 during flowering) to help?

Hay bro that height will be fine and just let the plant grow towards the light until 45cm then try to keep it there until bloom where you can drop it to 30cm, if you think the plants are stretching to much drop the light by say 10-15cm.
More light never hurt bro just keep your eye on temps.

I second that the added cfl will help, but temps can get crazy quickly! You'll need some air exchange regardless, this could possibly mean modification to this closet lol. With the cfl also, you'll need even more air exchange, just to keep temps reasonable 
I've recently been battling heat from my led+cfls, and I got valuable crash courses in worst-case scenarios lol. If it gets out of hand, you can always just unscrew or switch off the cfls. If you're strapped for cash or heat now, it would be most sensible to just use the led for awhile and then add the "soft white" cfl's later in flower where they will indeed make a valuable difference

Not much I can do about that at the moment as I have no way to temp control. I am not closing the closet doors completely and I have two fans, a small oscillating one inside (20cm) and a larger one outside creating a nice air flow.
I guess LED it is for now, and I will add a CFL during flowering (the temps should be a lot lower then, around 20-25C). Thanks!
