Is this just another way for companys to make money, another scam, hype.?
I used two root pouches last time which claim to do the same as air pots, something to do with the roots. I didn't notice any difference, non whatsoever, except water, hence nutes leaking.

I have read on here the same about airpots. has anybody done a reliable experiment? If air pots do what they claim why would anybody use any other type of pot? even the price £5 or so would be worth it if the claims are true.
any ideas?
cheers

I have been using air pots for almost two years and I wouldn't use any thing else.I have compared the root ball on reg pots and air pots and air pots produce a lot more roots than reg pots.Iuse 3.5 gal air pots and when my grow is done and open the pots up the entire pot is one giant root ball .The only draw back is the cost but if your only doing a smaller grow there well worth the extra cost.

Cheers, i will buy one for the next grow and compare. I tried the root pouch and didn't see any difference.

I'm using two airpots right now, first time user, and I'm really liking the rapid growth rate so far. I plan on getting more airpots soon as they just seem way better for root growth than normal regular pots. I also have a couple of smart pots, the cloth type that are supposed to work similar to airpots, and plan on doing a comparison between airpots and smart pots.

The airpots are defiently worth it I recon I noticed a huge difference when I started using them but can't prove it's down to the air pots but other than them little has changed in my grow so it's a good chance it's what made the difference, atleast part of it
