Live Stoner Chat Another FNG Checking In!

No problem bro, yeah bri is right we typically dont do that unless its a redundant questioning sorta thing which we do get, thats really annoying too. but the only real difference is going to be the yield which will be smaller that a tlo grow. so imho organics in a bottle helps certainly. but you have really have three options to use really. Kind Soil which is a nice soil to try for sure. also you have the 2.1 masters mix,and thats a cal mag n water system only(which I prefer personally)..and the KIS soil system.either water ,or cal mag n water. those three i have seen used and have used two of the three and seen the third used well twice now. so those are going to be your most solid choices you can get.eat that cost and gioft it forward as ya do. store them well also, and happy growing dude. set up in organics and the guys there including me will see you off whichever your choice shall be. Enjoy!

@Eyes on Fire - Thanks again for the info. Gonna be going with kind soil after all. Ethics aside, the results seem pretty unanimous that it's good stuff and in my particular growing situation I need to do all I can to make sure I get good yields, so it looks like the BioBizz is taking a back seat. :) I will definitely check out the organics section though, once I get through the Kind Soil Commune thread.

Welcome to the best place on the web for Canna. you ever need any help just type @Ripper and I will come and help ya

Hey...great to meet you. Check out the medical category as there is many chronic pain guys that can help you out. Strains are everything, but depending on chronic pain level you might find more relief from tincture or edibles. I do medical based smoke and grow reports on every strain I do(dutch passion category for recent ones).
Good luck on your grows, and good luck finding great strains to combat your med issues.

Welcome to afn bro. Somehow I over looked this thread even though I stalk the section. Anyways yes your in the right spot and hopefully things go smooth for you and you can learn to navigate through all the very useful info here. Have to say I said the same thing about 1-2 plants when I first started and before you know it 30:rofl:

Hey, good to meet ya too. I did have a look in the medical section earlier today for the first time (been having a bit of a tough go even getting a grow started, but finally seem to have things on the right track now) and I will definitely be haunting it quite a bit. And yeah I'm planning on having to do some experimenting with strains - going with Dream Berry and Auto Pounder from Autoseeds to start with. And I agree as far as edibles go - I tend to find the most relief for the anxiety with vaping, and then I use the abv to make oil for edibles which are great for pain days and insomnia. I'd love to play around with tinc and lotions, too for more discreet out-and-about use. I will definitely keep an eye out for your smoke/grow reports - I hear a lot of good things about Dutch Passion genetics for medical applications. Thanks again for the warm welcome! :pass:

Thanks much, and no worries! AFN has been a huge help so far - I can't wait til I'm able to contribute and not just ask questions. As for the multiplying plants - I cannot freaking *wait* until our state legalizes. I'd have a huge garden if I could, just to be able to experience all the amazing sounding strains out there.

I always love telling people this...when I started growing the plants of my first grow were the most pitiful things you ever did see. Information was scarce, and having someone you could ask questions about growing to was even scarcer. These days information is more than plentiful(though there is much false info that may sound legit), and on sites like this one you can get some of the best growers in the world to step inside your tent/room/closet/buried shipping container and grow with you.(with advice I mean of course :D )

From what I have seen DP has some of the best herb in the world.(grown out a dozen of their strains so far) Their Blueberry for me is the best pain relief I have came across for 24/7 constant chronic pain from upper spine injury. I grew out a single Think Fast outdoors this year and its an amazing strain!! 54oz of some of the best outdoor bud I have ever seen(and I have grown out more than a strain or two).

Brooklyn Sunrise Auto = Anxiety relief in a very big way for me
Blueberry Photo = Best pain relief I have found so far, especially in tincture

@912GreenSkell I believe it. I've had more than a few moments here where I've sort of sat here staring at my screen not even knowing were to start reading, there was so much quality info available. It's humbling and totally intimidating all at the same time. I can't say that I won't be bummed if botch my first plants, but at the same time I'm prepared for it if it happens. I made sure to make a bunch of abv oil out of the last batch of street bud I bought, so at least I have edibles to fall back on in an emergency!

The Brooklyn Sunrise just *looks* gorgeous, you know? That's something that I appreciate so much about these plants too - they're just amazing to look at, you know? There's so much diversity it's incredible. I'll have to have a look at the Blubeberry for sure - a lot of my pain comes from spinal issues too, so it's good to know that you get relief from similar symptoms. Thanks again man - I'm sure I'll be picking your brains here and there pretty soon!:d5:
