Old Reviews Any recommendation on a cheap T5 for veg?

Is T5 way to go?

I'm looking at buying a second tent something smaller to veg my seedlings before putting them in the bigger tent under HPS.

Looking for a cheap but professional solution that will do better then the hps I'm starting them under now.

I'm looking at two tents and prefer the smaller of the two because my room is getting a little tight but either will work.

1- 2.5'X1.5'X3' or 1- 4'x2'x4' so looking for something that will fit inside.

Also if anyone has these smaller tents how many babys are you able to fit before putting them in flower room. I basically just want this tent for first 2 weeks or so of growth on auto.

i have a t5 and i love it. i use it all the way to the end with great results.. you could get the smaller tent and a 2ft t5, but it only covers directly under so you would have a few inches of extra room on each side of the light. or if you get the 2x4 tent you could get the 4ft t5. as far as how many you could fit it depends on size of tent and pots..:smokebuds:

I pretty much will be veg less the 15-20 plants at all times veg and want to keep them in there for about the first 2-4 weeks. Will probably be more like 8-10 plants under a T5 once I start a SOG style rotation every couple weeks. I like the idea of the 2ft, nice compact setup. Thinking a 4 bulb? Sound about right? Think I'm going to pull the trigger on the smaller of the two tents as I dont need height.

as far as bulbs just check size of light before you buy and try to get close to depth of the tent. but 4 or 6 is probably right for the smaller tent
