Indoor Auto Purple - Pyramid seeds

I'm bummed myself right now 'cuz I broke my pH pen. It measures the temp as well as pH and I always raise the food temp to the temp of the pots(air temp at floor level, between the pots) while they sit in the tent. So I'm just wingin' it till I get a new one. :(
I raise the temp of my water/food by placing the container with the water/food in a larger container that is full of warm water. I used to bubble my teas and water in the tent so it had the same temp as the pots, but this run I ran out of receptacles...

Mr Kipling grows exceedingly good ganja - any new pictures for us all Mr Kipling?

Haha thanks alot man! its my day off tomorrow so ill get them out the tent and post them up.

Hi AFN, here another update.
Everything in the grow is comming on really nicely and im really impressed so far. Day 54 for the auto and day 86 for the photo. However my D.Berry has still got a calcium def and by the looks its getting worse. but with only a month to go on them im not to fussed. My Misses parents own a water service company that drill in the ground for natural water, this water is very high in calcium so on the next watering im going to try this as we have 5L of it in the fridge.

When i check on them today i noticed that my Chronic is starting to get some bronze and gold colours on the sugar leafes and calaxyes is this a problem or i this just genetics? The Purple is still packing on weight and her leafes are now an almost lime green with about 16 days to go.:booya:

Also i had to put a plastic cable tie around the bottom on the purple, she was side branching into the other plants. Now though they are all getting plenty on light as they are all bunched together. Good job shes got good spaceing between the internodes.

Well done there bud. Usually you will notice all the colors coming through as the green pigment (chlorophyll) breaks down to reveal the reds and purples (anthocyanines ) and yellows and golds. Just like the leaves on the trees change and die in Autumn. The plant will exhaust the nutrients left in the leaves so It's quite normal to see signs of deficiencies towards the end.

ahh thanks man, im only half way through week 6 is this still normal?

Have you recently moved onto bloom nutes? If so it could be just a simple case of nitrogen deficiency. It's normal to start to loose some lower sets of shade leaves at this stage as the plant puts all It's resources into bud development. If you think your plant could be in trouble snap some close ups and post a thread in the infirmary so we can do a better diagnostic. Good luck bud. :D

no i dont think my plants are in trouble. My DB has a calcium def i think, shes got brown and yellow looking rust spots on the older leafs, but all the new growth and the buds look absolutly fine and they smell great. I under stand the plants will be using up the nitrogen and as of saturay (3rd nov start of week 7) i will be cutting out the N, as fellow biobizz growers have told me and a biobizz chart i found, say they shouldl become N def. The purple is going that way all ready but she will finish like a week or two before the others.

Another question is i have 3 weeks left, can I hit them hard(not the auto) with bloom nutes in the next 2 weeks when i stop feeding them biobizz grow(N)??, i uses bloom and topmax. On the last week i was just feeding them on water with mollases, then chop. :toke:

Use the bio bloom and topmax 10ml of each to a liter for the last few weeks then give em a good flushing for a week of so. I don't use these products anymore but have had good results using them in the past.
