New Grower Blue Mystic from Nirvana and Northern Lights from rqs. Noobie grow.

I will leave it then. couch lock does not do me much good though

Prolonging flowering makes couch lock as far as I understand, not the opposite.

Besides, I would not try to harvest the plant in stages, I do not believe you will see any significant progress after cutting main cola. I really believe that half cut plant is not able to fill buds any more.

Welll after 3 days of drying there going in for the cure. 1.2 oz's not bad expect it to shrink some. Perfect 65% in jar after 4 hours. Here is my haul from the orbiting buds. These buds are not super dense but gooey as fuck. The main cola is massive. Still waiting on her. Love that my RH in my room is under 20 percent all the time. No chance of mold while air drying.

I have some Sweet Seeds and Dragons to run next.

Nice lookin' buds ... :thedogsbollocks:

RH 20% is far bellow any recommendations, hope you know.

Is main cola still gaining weight after cutting smaller branches?

I am aware of the rh but at this point in my climate its best. Main cola still packing on weight.

Good to hear. But I think cutting main cola and expecting buds on lower branches to grow further would not be so succesfull?

Because main cola is mostly the part we want to get rid of especially if too stretched and give some more light to lower flowers. My friends NL was so stretched that he had been lowering his 250W HID until main cola was burnt and useless at the end.

If he had cut it 14 days before and go lower with light maybe he would get some more buds at the end.

What do you guys think?

Indoors I generally have very little difference in the height of my tops due to LST but most times I remove the tallest buds and allow a week or more time for the lower buds w/ closer light ... not so much for added weight but I think the buds mature at different points depending on how much light they get. I like to harvest at a point where the bud looks at it's peak and any further would be going downhill ... still harvest a little early half the time ...

Outdoors I look for maturity of each individual bud due to so many factors affecting the growth rate such as shade, position on plant, orientation of plant to path of sun, etc ...
