There havebeen lots of problems with FOF mix being to hot or to many ingrediences that cannabis doesn't like.I think with added nutes you have over fed her.and at this point not much can be done.You could flush with plain water and see if this helps.I would stay away from Fox Farm soil in the future and use Promix or Sunshine mix or any other organic soil and you will have better luck.

I have heard that before about their soil. What I find strange is that they were fine until about the end of week 3. When they were fed it was only about 1/4 of recommended dose. I was thinking some sort of deficiency since overall the plant looks fines. It's only the very bottom leaves turning sort of pale then yellowing then dying. Will flush next watering and look for any changes.
