So the site was belly up when I got back. My harvest was pretty much zapped of any of the good or bad odors. I think it was dried slow enough before I introduced the Bovedas. Its even been a few weeks with AND without the packs and no smell whotsoever has developed. It was a real bummer. It still does the trick but there should be really really good odors from this and I'm getting noting. What a true shame. Be certain you have dried thoroughly to the point at which you know works for you before adding the Boveda, I am still searching for the sweet spot.

sorry its taken me a bit to get back to you bro but my hands have been hurting a lot and Im mostly just floating around and I dont often come over here lol.or many of my older threads lately to be honest.LOL!i only frequent two.lol. soooo did you dry it then cut it up then jarred it and then tried re drying it some a cpl times?? what happens when you do something similar like that dry n jar n dry a lil more is that smell gets locked in quickly if its either too wet or even too dry.dring it further is just going to make it take way longer is all.but it should eventually develop a smell.a weaker one admittedly but a sweet or whatever terp n oil profile and itll get a hit of it.in my experience chem grows tend to need a cpl extra days or more to gas off.but imo even in an average open climate on the east coast man a 7 day dry is usually a solid start.and once you do that at day 5 assuming its an average auto in size or cola what have ya and then start checking ind various stems.not the same on either.or a different area of the same stem stleast lol.then once you slowly bend it and it comes close to breaking thats when you wannt bud them up n jar them.and THEN over the next week or two strain dependant here and style of growth will play a role here too but within organics the way I do it is for the next 6-9 days or so ill open the jars for 5-10 minutes every 2 days or so for a solid week n a half n then it should be ready for a two week sitting then burp a few times.even just opening the jar each week and take a deep deep smell to help pull the smell and air open and push fresh into it then seal it back up.I do that almost every grow and a day here or there difference or maybe a few minutes within each thing I do but for a month cure or 6 weeks with an average dry is exactly how I cure my buds and works for me totally every time.and some strains will take longer and dark flowers can take longer too sometimes.but again that'll come down to a strain thing imho. I hope that help you for future dealing man. I do almost exactly this and wins each time.

yeah when I grow this 5 pack of Tangelo I was gifted by a SUPER kickass buddy I know Im gonna try and cure and dry it in this thread.just as an FYI..IF i can nail the dry? i'll try and put across the curing aspect of that strain here cuz its a really sneak one man..if ya get it though itsa bang on killer.anywho..LOL! later.

yeah I hope I can nail it,cuz like i said it's a fine line with this one.if you miss it'll still be good smoke.it' just lacks some.but last time too i didnt amber and mature them oils up any at all and it fell through massively lame like LOL! sooo,Imma do it way different.if im lucky too,ill get that killer structure in one e r more of them that i first ran across.that'd be soooo frigin kick ass LOL! anywho,i hope i can help ppl cure that strain up especially.its a great plant too.all ambered it maintain its nice sati high and the tangie sickle looove lee buds all smooth n silky tangie smooth too LOL! ok later.ill be popping them this next round for fall soo we got many weeks yet..lol.just wanted to mention it.ive seen several grows of it.dont be discouraged its just a tough dry n cure.more of a dry thing to be honest.anyherr..LOL!

nah man,Medi's right.Im sure with a simple cpl day dry in front of a fan or something like a partial dry might work buuuuut in all honesty I'd not do that either.ive heard of a few ppl having them expand and pop or something..LOL! that'd suck.but the stuffs ya really want gassed off will not have a chance to get O

Only done one cure, one strain, but no probs with bad taste. Buds tasted good & smelled sweet & fruity. I will be using these religiously.
Boveda Inc. offers a little insight into the packets use with herbals. Also what size for what quantity. I use the 8 gram x 62%
