Indoor Building 3 plant box for the first time, need some help :)

hi all,
I'm planing to build small, 3 plant, box!
I have a peace of furniture 110x60x30cm

10x25cm carbon filter with built in turbine at the top
HPS Light 400w
small rotating fan
and just a couple of holes at the bottom (no in-take fan)

do you think this will fit in 110x60x30cm box?
do you think this setup will do?

and main question!
cause i cant have holes in my wall for ventilation right now, i was planing just to put it next to the window
do you think that filter will get rid of most of the smell and is it a possible solution?

Your going to run into heat problems with that light in a box that small.Also with a filter in there two plants might just sgueeze in but ther won't be enough head room clearance from the tops of the plants if they get taller.
