hey folks I been running a rhino filter for around 6 months now pretty sure it aint working as well or my sense of smell has improved

how long do you get out of your filters ?

If sized correctly they should last a year.
An oversized one might not last longer, but an undersized one won't cut it or will fail sooner.

Hey roofus, I keep mine on the floor of the tent. To me, it seems that on the top of the tent, the can gets heat and moisture, which will cause carbon to stop working faster. IMO
But I have had my Phresh filter in my tent for 1 1/2 years and it still scrubs great!!! My brother and a buddy are the only ones that know that I grow and they cant smell anything when they come over. There are some strains that will not care what kind of carbon filter you have!!! Some diesel and kush strains are pretty pungent with filters, oana gel and the wife's scentsy's going!!

Pull your Rhino out and let it air out and dry out for a couple days when you start to germ your next grow and try it on the floor!!!

I put mine high to evacuate heat and with a variable controller maintain temps. Floor space is at a premium in turd world.

A general rule, filter will gain 20% weight when done. Start weights can be found on purchase sites. I now weigh new and record. Check in one year. I have a 4" to a six inch fan 18 months. 6" to six inch fan 10% increase at 1 year should go 2.

I vent thru attic vents I want to know when my filters go before my neighbors...

:peace: grow safer

How are you venting? If you are venting direct from tent into a room you should also consider tent quality. "My 2 cents"

If you are venting into a room, you cant hide a tent might as well put the filter outside the tent.

:peace:

thanks guys
have re routed ducting and now I have it venting directly outside but the air now passes over some ona gel before it exits works well
will defo give the filter a rest for a couple of days next germ
