Old Reviews Control Wizard Accurate 8 pH meter

I know others here, including JM, KindredSpirit and hereb4 are also using them. I'd be curious to know who else is using an Accurate 8 and what your opinion of them is.

there is also a soil moisture meter on the Control Wizard Accurate 8....push the white button and presto-chango ...it's a moisture meter...
a great double check to prevent over/under watering...
 great tool

My girlfriend will kill me if she finds out I just bought this thing, no one rat me out!

Just a heads up on the link, it's not the cheapest. That web site tacks on a low price order charge of five bucks for any order under $100 American.
link deleted due to seller being a complete assclown that can't keep track of inventory. Do not buy from orchidnuts on amazon.
Edit:
Just noticed that WVTurtle found a cheaper one.

Your secret is safe with us, Mr. P. You can justify it to her when you show her the uber dank you'll grow while using it. :D

yes but remember, dinner first, then do bad, not after...
Yes, order of operations... FOIL - First, Outter, Inner, Last ;)
Shucks. NE Hydro has the fastest shipping and a 99.3% ebay approval rating. What's wrong? The other one(Muddy's) uses Fed X which is a problem for me.
Just their lack of communication with a bad ph meter... didnt even email me back... theyre great if you dont have a problem...

I've found that it's very important to keep the probe clean in order to get consistent, accurate readings. The little cleaning pad that comes with the meter works well but in a relatively short time will become soiled and will need replacing. Rather than purchasing another one from the manufacturer I've been using a Scotch Brite greenie pad. If too much pressure is applied it will scratch the metal so light pressure is only needed to keep it clean. I've also found that 0000 steel wool works well. Again, not too much pressure as it will scratch the metal as well.

Thanks muddy, I would have scraped it's metal flesh clean off. I go a little overboard on sanitation and cleaning.

That's not the order of operations you silly JM, that's the formula for multiplying two binomials. This little piggy was actually working on that chapter when you posted that! Neener neener neener!

I have much more simple formula for getting out of trouble. Seasalt & almond chocolate + wine + pizza = forgiven Pig :)
