UK's Laws on refining Butane are much more Strict then in Korea the other mass producer of Butane.

For example In the UK if a can say 8 times refined that means the butane was definitely refined 8 times.
Now in Korea if it states 8 times Refined that is just saying that the Butane in the can could of been Refined up to 8 times not that it actually was.
