Even exchanged emails with one guy, and it looks like for $150 you can get setup for 10 plants or so and prices go up from there.

Anyone have any experience?

It all totally depends on where you are (what laws are enforced).

Are you referring to getting yourself approved for purchase of medical dispensary products? If you have actual medical need, your physician should provide any needed forms.

If you are not in medical need and want to take advantage of (abuse) medical access, yes then a fee-based online physician service or medical MJ approval 'clinic' may be able to set you up for a fee (get you bogus approval as a qualified patient).
