They will be nice and sweet (maybe not the sweetest they can get, but somewhere in the middle) Don't worry about black spots, its normal. How did you like the one you fried yesterday???

One thing I think I should Clarify. I think this kind of thing is best if the fruit is not mashed too much. I pretty much just like to break the form as it seems to keep some of its character while picking up the honeycinnamonbutter or whatever you like to play with.
