FYI...the aforementiond chicken video for any chefs out there. I want to adapt this to a good time and temp for a pellet grill (maybe like 250-275 for 2-3 hours type thing vs. the 425 for 55 min in the oven) to give it a nice lick of smoke flavor and try it out....
