It is for smells, but not so much for the weed smell, it was sprayed on bales before shipment to mask the rodent pee and feces. They stored bricked bales with other agricultural commodities and rodents nested in them near food sources. Never would have happened if it was legal.

ya, the other smell in the weed gives it away. Ever smoke get any brick weed that smelled of ammonia? Thats the stuff that didn't get sprayed with fabric softener....
I think a lid was supposed to be a 1/2 oz. That would go with RR's 4 fingers pretty close.
