Lighting DIY design advice - 4ft x 6ft - water cooled

Looking to build 3 units to run side by side, reason I'd like 3 is so I can run them side by side for plants at different heights

The room is 16ft in length and 6ft wide but having 3 different heights to the room for different style of plants hence 3 different units ideally needed (but happy to do one at a time if easier)

I'd like to say I don't have a budget as this is a project I'm wanting to test for curiosity reasons before I'm forced to move

If I'm only running these lights then the room temps won't be an issue?

Also anyone know the best way to source DIY parts in the UK?

So best parts for my money?

Mostly for trying autos but would like the odd feminised plant too

I've got an op in a few months that so this would be good to keep my mind off things

So your aiming for 3 lights that cover a 4 x 2 foot area each.

You could make 3 bar style units like these

Or you could go with boards in stead of cobs

When I say 3 lights I mean 3 sets of whatever I end up making (does that make sense?)

I'd like to make up one board or strip of lights to cover that space and if all good then I'll make another two to cover the rest of the room

Seen these today by chance, no use?

And when I say budget what I mean is I've not actually got one and happy to spend whatever to make this work as I've got a strange project I'd like to do if it all works out

I have been building water cooled cobs for 4 years now. My latest design covesr a 4x8 w 20 cobs on 2 3ft light bars .

Its way cheaper to build water cooled than it is to air cool on a large scale if you can diy.

I run it at 700w split between the 20 cobs in a 4x8 and it crushes the fuck outta the 1000w hps i was running.
