You say you have grown many Mephisto I'm a new grower just harvested first plant being new and not having smoked for 18 years I've got to say I expected a lot more out of the smoke. I know it also falls down to the grower I got almost 4 oz off a pine apple express but it just has no kick. Know I have a couple friends that grow regular photo plants they made fun of me when I decided to do autos. I can't run anything new for couple of months I had a regular vegging while I grew the auto so I will harvest it. Okay my question is auto flower smoke as good as regular photo plants? I know this sounds crazy but seems to be a split between folks just like led, and hps saying it's not as good as regular plants smoke. Now I ordered Mephisto gear in the hopes going with the best auto flower breeder would let me know. I have read all the reviews I don't believe folks are wasting their time on smoke that looks pretty smells pretty but has no kick. Thank you again sorry to ask a question like that but 18 years is long time to be away!

mephisto will not Disappoint you as my good friend derek pointed out I tell no one I grow autos and most people just love my smoke TASTE AND POTENCY is second to none I see no reason to go with anybody else period

I can't help but think that if you had good genetics and the grow went well, there has to be something amiss here. The first thing that comes to mind is your dry/cure method.
I dried some up to fast and I was disappointed, in the smoke, taste, potency, across the board. I reevaluated my drying method and slowed it down. Simply put, I now have some of the best weed in town.

Autos get a bad rap from hard headed people who tried it when it was just taking off years ago, I think. There are plenty of old skool, and new skool alike, who are soaring from auto highs. They've come a long way.

That sucks your first go at it was disappointing. I have yet to smoke Mephisto. But seriously, how can this many growers be wrong. Not 1 single complaint I have seen. I can't wait to see what kind of high Sour Crack gives me.

auto pineapple express is a low thc plant compared to other autos so it wont seem that strong,people grow it for its taste and aroma and a lighter high which is great for daytime smoke.and if it was barneys farm pineapple express that is low thc high cbd

Are you confident that you Harvested at the right time ? Harvest time can make all the difference. To be fair after not smoking for 18 years, pretty much any modern strain auto or not should kick ass if Harvested and cured correctly.

@SouthernGurl I just think what everyone is saying is that Good Auto genetics rival any photoperiod plant out there, but the emphasis being GOOD genetics, there are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more low thc auto strains out there than there are high ones. But with that being said go with anything mephsito and you will not be let down

Your toof decay looks spot on to mine when it was a few days younger. I counted Aug 1 as my first day of life, but I'm only using organic Jove's spikes so my toof decay is a bit slower than some using nuts. Toof decay is just a slow going plant. Glad to see more grow logs of toof decay because I couldn't find much the first round and thought I was messing it up!

@SouthernGurl I will say that the 3 Mephisto strains I've done are just as potent as any photo I've grown. You won't be disappointed.
