Old Reviews FFOF and FFLW Mixing Help.

Got a bag of OF, Perlite, and LW. Got seeds germinating now using the paper towel method. Gonna be using the trio nutes. Veg with cfls and t5s, flower with 400w hps. Small closet grow. The beans are Early Miss auto fm. Need some advice on how to mix the soil for seedlings. I know OF runs a little hot for babies.

Some use OF straight w/ zero problems .... I would mix it 1/3;1/3;1/3 ... or as close as you can get to that ratio ... or use LW cut w/ 30% perlite and save the OF for a time when you won't mind having soil problems ....

Thanks for the reply Chester. I think I will go with the LW WITH 30% Perlite. Take my chances on working with the nutes. You grow in this type of media?
