Garbage experience with this purchase so far.
Chat rep offered a small discount and promised delivery before Xmas.
When I received the invoice and attempted to check out, ****** isn't even capable of processing the payment until 12/20.
I know this is on ******, but the rep should not have provided such unrealistic expectations.
I canceled the payment and I'm looking at some A51 and Apaches instead.
 
Sorry to hear. It stinks when folks do that. If they would only realize that creating a realistic expectation creates a happy customer. Especially if they can beat that expectation.
Bummer man, sorry...

It's a busy time of year and with all the good press that GN have been getting, I can only guess they're swamped.

I'd say don't give up on them just yet - my experience (and most of my other buddies who have GN lights) with GN customer service has been great and they've been very attentive and supplied me with a really solid product!

It's gutting when there's delays, but I'd say hold out for the right light! - All the grow logs can't be wrong ^_^

I've used pay pal this morning with absolutely no problems bro,what was the message you had on screen?
 
It was just a generic message.
I spoke to the card issuer and everything was good there.
****** was able to locate the transaction, but never offered an explanation as to what was going on with the payment hold.
Ultimately, I set up a new ****** account with the same card and requested a new invoice, and I was able to order on the first try.
These guys went above and beyond for me AND honored the original discount offer.

I think what we have here is a case of GrowNorthern being awesome while ****** sits around being complete shit.

It all worked out though.

Day 18:

She started showing her lady parts the other day!
The damage has stopped spreading and stayed on the bottom sets.
She's been flushed with ph'd water a couple times.
Next feeding would be into the 3rd week; should I start with the sea grow on the next round or give it one more with just ph'd water?
Please let me know if you see anything else going on.

Also, I have tracking information for my GN MS0006!! :gthumb:

All of the above..I know its hard..because I've gotten excited about plants and end up. over feedn/ water..as stated ..u hv enough nuts 4 @ least 3-4 wks ..flush n shell b ok Gd luck
 
Day 21

Well, all she's had since the overfeeding is PH'd water.
I noticed that the bottom leaves are starting to take on a more yellow color.
Is this a nitrogen or cal/mag deficiency?
I don't want to burn her again, but I also want to stay on top of things.
Please let me know what you think.
