Basically what happened is the cotyledons got stuck together by remnants of the embryo. Most of the reading I did said to gently remove this. The statistics of survival is not good if it remains like this. It said to use tweezers and a sewing pin. Wet the area and allow it to soften up. Then use the pin to get in between the leaves at the base and try to shimmy the remnants off. If you can just use the tweezers to pull it off. I did it with the tweezers with very little physical trauma to the plant, actually pretty much 0.

The two new fan leaves are bigger and are covering the cotyledons. I think its making a good recovery. I added EJ Catalyst because the starter soil (top soil) has no nutes, and the roots have not probably reached the Fox Farm Ocean Forest. I think waiting at least 3 days to water is the way to go. The leaves look less droopy.

Looking good panic couple more sets of leaves then it's off to the races. In soil I used to let mine get a little thirsty every two three days depending on the heat etc.

It did a surprising amount of growing during its dark period. I saw an article that said the EJ catalyst can be used as Foliar spray . It said to use 4 tsp per liter which sounded like a lot so I just did one. What is Earthjuice Catalyst and How Do I use It?

This pic held its resolution well so you can zoom in pretty far. Really happy to see it gaining speed. I wanted to tell to it to hurry the F up, and that a bunch of DWC's are way ahead of you.

Can aphid excrement cause issues? Cause these lady bugs remind me of the guards at Buckingham Palace.. NON-STOP but im not messing with them.
