New Grower First Time Grow: Blueberry auto from G13 & Bubblicious auto from Nirvana 400w Indoor

looking at your pics and your babys look great

Yup, your babys do look great even tho you are hitting the 90's, to be honest, ive hit the high 80's low 90's before in my grow cab which is similiar in size as yours,
i found that raising the pots off from the ground so the cold intake will blow fresh air around the bottom helps circualtion a whole lot but overall, it didnt stunt my plants that much as the high temps werent constant.
Keep them pics coming tho, theyre looking lubberly jubberly :smokebuds:

oh forgot to add, there is a solution to your heat problem with a 400 HPS, switch to LED. like i have. Check out my albums on my profile. :peace:

Okay, so we went out and bought a centrifugal fan and we are going to try and take out both the intake and exhaust fans to try and regulate the heat. This was suggested by an employee at the place we went. We are a bit sketchy about doing it because it will take a lot of work and restructuring to our tent, not to mention it cost us about 165$ after the mounting chains, reducers and everything associated with the fan... Any thoughts or suggestions on this?? Here is a picture of the fan we purchased.

Welcome and good luck . I have g13 auto blue berry going as we'll . Your in for a treat she's a frosty girl for sure. :smokebuds:

Hey everyone... Okay so update..

We installed the new fan (with much difficulty due to space) and now we are just waiting for the light to come on. We had to use sticks to keep the side of the tent from being sucked into the intake... But this is temporary until other arrangements can be made. I have taken some pictures of the new setup and updated pictures of all four girls :)

Don't worry about the sticks, I had to do the same thing. A little but of negative pressure is a good thing. If you think it's getting sucked in too much you can get a fan controller for about 30$. Or if your like me you will just prop the sides out because spending more money just isn't in the plans.

Sup you can get mini humidifiers for like £30 and this will raise. Humidity but also will lower temps slightly. Opening windows my also help drop the temps?

plants are looking good:thumbs:

ive always been told intake should be at the bottom of the tent so air exchanges more fully diagonally from bottom to top. cant really see exactly how your ducting works. if you have a carbon filter you can pull through it hang it in the tent and then push the air through the cooltube/hood to your attic (filter>fan>hood>out) and have your passive or fan assisted intake at the bottom. it should keep the plants a bit cooler(maybe only a degree or two) unless ive misunderstood your setup(which is likely).
also extraction of hot air is more important than pushing air in it might be an idea to use both of your fans for extraction and have passive intakes at the bottom through vents or whatever the tent has till you have just slight negative pressure. it might help a good bit but itd be a fair bit of hassle.
you should probably upload pics on here outside hosts are usually not recommended. certain ones atleast, easier to read threads too.
anyway ramble over :smoke:

Okay, so the guy at the store only sold us one reducer so the new 4" duct is too small to go into the attic. Therefore, last night it got even hotter than before but we are running the duct today. Hopefully it wasn't a waste of 160$
