I am new to AFN and still new to growing. I will be setting a new grow soon but am needing to make a smaller more stealthy grow.
My first complete grow was auto northern lights and auto blueberry from ILGM. The northern light gave me 4 ounces and the blueberry gave me about 1 using 2 gallon buckets. I am also really looking into fast buds if this space will work
The space that I am using is going to be 21x13x33 inches tall. My issue is that my last grow was in a larger space with a 250 hps and a diy 240 cfm 6 in exhaust fan and scrubber.
I would like to use my same equipment but feel that light will be to close to the plants.
I plan on using my carbon scrubber with a speed controller and a 300 watt led and doing a Scrogg type to get the most out of the space.
Any suggestions or advice will be awesome.

I will be using coco and earthworm castings and botanicare grow bloom and ripe. I think that is about it and also not sure of container size.

Welcome to AFN!!!!!! It sounds like you are going to have a nice little stealthy grow for sure! @arty zan is a master at those types of things, you should stop by the brand new DIY LED section as that is where Arty is the Mod. If you have any questions don't hesitate to post here in the forums and tag me with the @ followed by my username or you can always PM me. Glad to have you here!

I'll try and help where I can but I will ask you to do as much research you can.
I'm am a little stretched with forum duties at the moment but also more than happy to lend a hand, that's what we like to do here.
When reading other micro grows take notes of what you like in their cabs and ideas that jump out at you.
If the thread isn't too old chat with the the person who posted it, having a common goal is a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
It is a great thing making a micro grow but not always easy, you may also have to buy specific tools which are needed to build it.
If your a handy hands on guy or gal and not afraid to get stuck in you should get some pleasure making it and a sense of achievement once it is built.

@arty zan thank you and I'm scouring post after post. I think my biggest questions or issues is the scrubber set up, and the light.
I am really considering a Scrogg so I can try to utilize the most out of this small space. My northern light seed is really making me sweat in that space.
I am a complete diy person so anything that I can fabricate the better.

Scrogging would be the premium way to grow in a space like that. My space is a bit bigger than that(54"longX18"deepX34"from the top of the pots to the lights surface) but I had great results using 3w LED lights light last winter. 3w diode lights are excellent at the close proximity.
Great to meet another DIY guy!! Build it, and they will grow!! ;)

I started out with a DIY setup. For a scrubber, I got activated carbon.

I used a tomato can and panty hose. Worked a charm. There are many vids on youtube, explaining the process.
Simple, effective, and cheap!
